Buying an eBook (digital book) is better than buying a printed book:

1. You can buy an eBook right on your computer, without leaving home.

2. 2.You receive your eBook immediately, and you can save it on your hard drive or print it. No shipping charges and no waiting.
   

3. 3.An eBook doesn't take up space on your shelf, getting dusty and old.
   

4. 4.You can even have your computer read your eBook aloud to you with the help of a special program.
   

First check that you have a fast enough server connection, dial up customers may have trouble receiving our audio files. Check with your service provider if you are unsure about this.

5. 5.Once you get to the download page where you download the eBook and audio, it again is very straight forward but here are a few simple tips,
   

1. a.Please be patient while the products download as it may take a bit of time as the files are quite large.
   

2. b.You will need ‘acrobat reader’ or similar to view the PDF. Most computers will have ‘acrobat reader’ already.
   

3. c.You may like to keep your mp3 and cover art in a program such as iTunes where you can find and play it easily. You can download iTunes free here,
   

4. d.If you have an error message saying that the file is damaged or corrupt you may need to download the file again making sure that you do not disrupt your server connection while the download is in progress.
   

5. e.Please check where your computer saves downloads. This is where the files will be.
   

6. f.Make a back up or print copy of your product in case you have a computer hard drive failure.
   

Enjoy your products and you can print them or burn them as CD’s (the audio products) or store them on your computer.

If you print the eBooks we recommend that you have them bound at your local print shop or slip the pages into a plastic presentation folder for ease of reading.
