    What really stood out for me was step #10. As I viewed the 9 steps prior to be goals.

    I struggle with steps #4 & #9 and ties in with #3.

    #4: giving gifts including your time.

    #9: don’t carry other persons problems. Self inflicted situations or people pleasing for acceptance.

    #3: set boundaries.

    So in essence, #’s 4, 9 and 3 are still apart of my ‘gap’ work as described here and in ‘The Love Safety Net Workbooks’.
